Panama City Beach is truly a surf and sand paradise, but thousands of dedicated softball and baseball players and fans swing into Frank Brown Park on Panama City Beach Parkway before they hit the beaches. From February through August, Grand Slam Sports’ baseball tournaments and its World Series, as well as Fastpitch tournaments and the World Softball League’s events have young and old fans roaring in the stands.

Frank Brown Park has become a mecca for amateur sporting events and grand festivals. Over 200 acres just blocks from the Beach have been dedicated to outdoor recreation. Nine ball fields play host to Softball World Series events for youth and adults as well as local league play. Regional soccer tournaments are scheduled year-round on its fields. The Aquatic Center is open year-round for swimming and water safety training. A huge picnic pavilion is a great place for large group events and family reunions.
